Boarding

Reminder, for your convenience, our drive thru can be used for boarding drop off and pick up! Just pull around the side of the building and stop to check in at the window!

Be sure to update any new information regarding feeding instructions, medications, or new behaviors in your Gingr account before coming in.

To make things as easy and cozy as possible, we provide all the essentials for a comfortable stay:

🛏️ Comfy beds and blankets

🍽️ Bowls and specialty feeders (yep, even the fancy ones!)

So you can leave those at home. All you need to bring are:

❤️ A small comfort item – like a favorite toy or blankie to remind them of home

🍖 Their food – portioned into individual baggies for each meal (so we get it just right!)

🛍️ Pro tip: Please pack an extra portion or two, just in case of emergencies or an unexpected extended stay. Better safe than sorry!

📛 Important: Please label all belongings clearly with your pet’s name – it helps us keep track of their stuff and avoid any mix-ups in our tail-wagging crowd.

⭐All medication must be sent in their original containers and given to a staff member at the front desk.
