Receptionist
Melanie has an Aerospace Engineering degree from Penn State University, but her passion to help people and her love of animals led her to Clawington. She has 2 wonderful, and crazy dogs, Bella and Luna. In her spare time, Melanie enjoys spending time with her family, cooking new recipes, reading and volunteering with a local animal rescue organization.

Hi, I’m Kailyn! I’m passionate about creating a safe, welcoming environment for both pets and their people. I understand how important it is to know your pet is in good hands, and I’m dedicated to making this a safe place for pet parents. I cherish anytime I get to make a personal connection with each animal that comes through our doors.
It makes me so happy when a pet comes back to our facility and they get really excited — tail wagging so hard their whole body moves. Your pet’s happiness matters to me.
When I’m off the clock, I’m always learning new skills to make visits happier and more comfortable for pets and their people. I love baking treats for dogs and finding new ways to make cats feel happy and relaxed. Pet sitting is another way I learn new comfort zones for pets, and I also recharge with gaming and reading. I’m so glad you and your pet are here!

Hi, I’m Sam! I’m a mom of seven, which means I’m pretty comfortable managing a little chaos and giving lots of love and attention, the kind of skills that come in handy when working with pets, too!
Before joining the pet care world, I worked as an X-ray Technologist. After that, I spent several years as a homeschooling mom, helping my kids learn and grow while creating countless memories together. Later, I worked as a Medical Technician specializing in Alzheimer’s care, where I developed a deep appreciation for patience, compassion, and building meaningful connections.
When I’m not at work, you’ll usually find me spending time with my kids, reading a good book, watching anime with my family, or belting out songs from Hamilton (whether anyone asked for a performance or not!). I’m also a proud cat mom to Sanjay and Skeeter, who definitely run the household.
My favorite part of working here is getting to know our clients and their pets. I love building relationships with families, learning each pet’s unique personality, and helping make sure they feel safe, loved, and excited to come back for their next visit.

I am an experienced, dedicated dog groomer with a passion for helping pets look and feel their best. With years of hands-on experience, I specialize in breed-specific cuts, bathing, de-shedding treatments, nail trimming, ear cleaning, and coat maintenance for dogs of all sizes and breeds.
Known for my patience and gentle approach, I focus on creating a calm and comfortable grooming experience, especially for nervous, senior, or first-time pets. I take pride in providing high-quality grooming services while building trusting relationships with both pets and their owners.
My goal is to ensure every dog leaves clean, healthy, happy, and looking their absolute best. I am committed to ongoing education in grooming techniques, pet safety, and coat care to provide exceptional service and personalized care for every furry client.

Originally from Florida, Aingeal relocated to Alabama seven months ago to live closer to her family, bringing her deep love for dogs with her. As a pet bather, she focuses on patience and making bath time a gentle, stress-free experience for every pup. She loves earning a dog’s trust and seeing their happy, wagging tails when they’re all clean and fluffy! When she isn’t pampering pets, Aingeal enjoys spending quality time with her relatives, playing the guitar, and journaling.
